NotesThis experience includes a gourmet three course meal for 6 people you will have the opportunity to increase the number of guests or courses at the time of booking for an additional charge. Prior to your dinner date, you will receive a call from your personal chef at least 3 days before your dinner date to discuss your requirements. At this time, you will have the opportunity to discuss your menu as well as any specialist dietary requirements. During the client assessment, you will discuss the time your personal chef will arrive to prepare your meal as well as the time you wish to be serviced. Service times on the day run for a maximum of 2 hours. This does not include the time it takes for your personal chef to prepare the meal and to clean up afterwards. The time for food preparation and clean up typically takes 3-4 hours in addition to service time. Food preparation and clean up times depend on the size of the event. Your personal chef will bring the groceries and necessary pots, pans and utensils to prepare your meal. You will need to provide the working cooking equipment (range, oven, dishwasher, kitchen sink) as well as the china, silverware and glasses needed to service your guests.
